The New Holland CR Range of Combines has been awarded the "Machine of the Year 2012" award.
The "Machine Of The Year 2012" award is an initiative of DLV – Deutscher Landwirtschaftsverlag – which is a committee of journalists from Europe’s pre-eminent machinery publications in Germany, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
The awards are granted for different product categories. The CR Range won the award in the combine category for outstanding innovation on:
o The SmartTrax® system
o Tier 4 ECOBlue® SCR solution
o Specific Twin Rotor solutions for different crop conditions
o Large Intelliview IV touchscreen color monitor
o Grain tanks of up to 355 bushel content
o Increased capacity feeder with four chain slats design
